Hestia Cellars is dedicated to producing extraordinary wines of individual character, richness, balance, and longevity. Our wines are hand crafted on a small private estate nestled atop the Snoqualmie River Valley in Washington State.  Hestia Cellars is a family owned and operated winery devoted to the belief that great wine isn’t explained, it’s uncorked.

Remaining a small family winery allows us to be intimate with each and every barrel of wine in our cellar. All of our red wines are gently moved by gravity flow, and are bottled unfined and unfiltered. Cellar techniques are continually fine-tuned as we identify opportunities to enhance our wines. We have a passionate and uncompromised focus on quality at every step in the life of our wines.

Hestia’s carefully cultivated wine program is based on fruit from specific vineyard sites in several of the smaller sub-appellations located in the Columbia Valley AVA in Washington State. We have vigilantly selected each vineyard site to ensure that it allows us to deliver wines that express the best Washington State has to offer. Hestia Cellars has secured acreage from Andrews Ranch vineyard atop the northern slope of the Horse Heaven Hills, StoneTree vineyard located  off the Columbia River in the early ripening Wahluke Slope, Boushey vineyard in the Yakima Valley, Washington States’ oldest growing region, and Ambassador Vineyard in the prestigious Red Mountain AVA. Grapes from these vineyards are blended to create balanced and complex wines with unique layers of flavors and aromas.
